Identify Your Key Skill

Find out the strengths in your band by asking everyone to complete this exercise.

It will help you to decide what role each person in the band is best suited to.

E.G. If one person rates a 5 for art for example, I’d set that person to begin designing the band logo, posters etc. The person who is best at writing stories is probably best suited to put together the band bio, and in case you haven’t found out yet, they are probably your best lyricist too!!
